Too Sweet Is Too Much

I ate a cupcake today for breakfast and it was too sweet, even for me. I think that cupcake almost killed me. I tried to drink a water after it, but I still felt nauseous. So I got back to sleep for about 1 hour till 2 PM and I felt a whole lot better. I don't know what's up with me lately, but I haven't ate "a real meal" (like carbo + meat + fruits) after my vacation, well maybe one or two meals, but besides that I ate sweets all the time. I know it's not good, but I just can't help it. I really need to live a healthier life...
Easy to say, hard to do, right?
